2026 Bugatti Tourbillon2027 Lamborghini Revuelto

Safety

The Revuelto has standard front seat tall, head-protecting side-impact airbags, which act as a forgiving barrier between the passengers and the door. Combined with high-strength steel door beams this system increases protection from broadside collisions. The Tourbillon doesn't offer side-impact airbags or side airbag protection for the head.

The Revuelto offers an optional Autonomous Emergency Brake, which uses forward mounted sensors to warn the driver of a possible collision ahead. If the driver doesn’t react and the system determines a collision is imminent, it automatically applies the brakes at full-force in order to reduce the force of the crash or avoid it altogether. The Tourbillon doesn't offer collision warning or crash mitigation brakes.

The Revuelto’s lane departure warning system alerts a temporarily inattentive driver when the vehicle begins to leave its lane and gently nudges the vehicle back towards its lane. The Tourbillon doesn’t offer a lane departure warning system.

The Revuelto offers an optional 360 degree parking monitor to allow the driver to see objects all around the vehicle on a screen. The Tourbillon only offers a rear monitor and front and rear parking sensors that beep or flash a light. That doesn’t help with obstacles to the sides.

To help make backing out of a parking space safer, the Revuelto’s optional Rear Cross Traffic Alert uses sensors in the rear to alert the driver to vehicles approaching from the side and automatically engage the brakes. The Tourbillon doesn’t offer a rear cross-path warning system.

The Revuelto’s driver alert monitor detects an inattentive driver then sounds a warning and suggests a break. According to the NHTSA, drivers who fall asleep cause about 100,000 crashes and 1500 deaths a year. The Tourbillon doesn’t offer a driver alert monitor.

Both the Revuelto and the Tourbillon have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, driver and front passenger knee airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, four-wheel antilock brakes, all-wheel drive, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, rearview cameras and available blind spot warning systems.

Warranty

Lamborghini pays for scheduled maintenance (up to 5 visits) on the Revuelto for 1 year longer than Bugatti pays for maintenance for the Tourbillon (5 years vs. 4 years).

Tires and Wheels

The Revuelto’s optional 265/30R21 front and 355/25R22 rear tires provide better handling because they have a lower 30 series front and 25 series rear profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the Tourbillon’s 35 series front and 30 series rear tires.

For better ride, handling and brake cooling the Revuelto offers optional 21-inch front and 22-inch rear wheels. The Tourbillon’s largest wheels are only 20-inches in the front and 21-inches in the rear.

Changing a flat tire near traffic can be dangerous and inconvenient. The run-flat tires available on the Revuelto can be driven up to 50 miles without any air pressure, allowing you to drive to a service station for a repair. The Tourbillon doesn’t offer run-flat tires.

Suspension and Handling

The Revuelto offers an available adjustable active suspension system, which counteracts cornering forces actively, limiting body roll and improving handling and stability. Bugatti doesn’t offer an active suspension on the Tourbillon.

The Revuelto has a standard automatic front and rear load leveling suspension to keep ride height level with a heavy load or when towing. The Revuelto’s height leveling suspension allows the driver to raise ride height for better off-road clearance and then lower it again for easier entering and exiting and better on-road handling. The Tourbillon doesn’t offer a load leveling suspension.

For a smoother ride and more stable handling, the Revuelto’s wheelbase is 1.5 inches longer than on the Tourbillon (109.4 inches vs. 107.9 inches).

Chassis

The Lamborghini Revuelto may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 500 pounds less than the Bugatti Tourbillon.

Ergonomics

The Revuelto’s standard dual zone air conditioning allows the driver and front passenger to choose two completely different temperatures so people with different temperature preferences won’t have to compromise. This makes both the driver and front passenger as comfortable as possible. The Tourbillon doesn’t offer dual zone air conditioning.

To keep a safe, consistent following distance, the Revuelto offers an optional Adaptive Cruise Control, which alters the speed of the vehicle without driver intervention. This allows the driver to use cruise control more safely without constantly having to disengage it when approaching slower traffic. The Tourbillon doesn’t offer an adaptive cruise control.

With standard voice command, the Revuelto offers the driver hands free control of the radio, climate controls and the navigation computer by simply speaking. The Tourbillon doesn’t offer a voice control system.
