Compare the2027 Ferrari Amalfi VS 2026 Aston Martin DB12

Both the Amalfi and the DB12 have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, daytime running lights, lane departure warning systems, blind spot warning systems, rearview cameras and rear cross-path warning.

Ferrari pays for scheduled maintenance on the Amalfi for 7 years and unlimited miles. Ferrari will pay for oil changes, air filter replacements, cabin filter replacement, brake fluid replacement, inspections, and any other required maintenance. Aston Martin doesn’t pay scheduled maintenance for the DB12.

On the EPA test cycle the Amalfi gets better fuel mileage than the DB12 4.0 turbo V8 (17 city/22 hwy vs. 15 city/22 hwy).

The Amalfi offers a standard sequential manual gearbox (SMG). With no clutch pedal to worry about and a fully automatic mode, an SMG is much more efficient than a conventional automatic but just as easy to drive. The DB12 doesn’t offer an SMG or a conventional manual transmission.

For better handling and stability, the track (width between the wheels) on the Amalfi is 1.1 inches wider in the rear than on the DB12.

A standard locking glovebox (which can’t be accessed with the valet key) keeps your small valuables safer in the Amalfi. The DB12 doesn’t offer locking storage for small valuables.

The Amalfi’s instruments include an oil pressure gauge and a temperature gauge - which could save your engine! Often ‘idiot lights’ don’t warn you until damage has been done. The DB12 does not have an oil pressure gauge.

The Amalfi’s standard rear and side view mirrors have an automatic dimming feature. These mirrors can be set to automatically darken quickly when headlights shine on them, keeping following vehicles from blinding or distracting the driver. The DB12 has an automatic rear view mirror, but its side mirrors don’t dim.

The Amalfi has a standard heated steering wheel to take the chill out of steering on extremely cold winter days before the car heater warms up. A heated steering wheel costs extra on the DB12.
