Compare the2026 Ferrari F80VS 2026 Lamborghini Temerario

2026 Ferrari F80
2026 Lamborghini Temerario

Safety

The F80’s driver alert monitor detects an inattentive driver then sounds a warning and suggests a break. According to the NHTSA, drivers who fall asleep cause about 100,000 crashes and 1500 deaths a year. The Temerario doesn’t offer a driver alert monitor.

Both the F80 and the Temerario have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, four-wheel antilock brakes, all wheel drive, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, daytime running lights, lane departure warning systems and rearview cameras.

Warranty

Ferrari pays for scheduled maintenance on the F80 for 2 years and unlimited miles longer than Lamborghini pays for maintenance for the Temerario (7/unlimited vs. 5/75000).

Reliability

The Temerario’s redline is at 10,000 RPM, which causes more engine wear, and a greater chance of a catastrophic engine failure. The F80 has a 9000 RPM redline.

Engine

The F80’s 3.0 turbo V6 hybrid produces 276 more horsepower (1184 vs. 908) than the Temerario’s 4.0 turbo V8 hybrid.

Fuel Economy and Range

On the EPA test cycle the F80 gets better fuel mileage than the Temerario (15 city/20 hwy vs. 14 city/19 hwy).

Tires and Wheels

For better traction, the F80 has larger tires than the Temerario (F:285/30R20 & R:345/30R21 vs. F:255/35R20 & R:325/30R21).

The F80’s tires provide better handling because they have a lower 30 series profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the Temerario’s standard 35 series front tires.

Suspension and Handling

The F80 offers an available active suspension system, which counteracts cornering forces actively, limiting body roll and improving handling and stability. Lamborghini doesn’t offer an active suspension on the Temerario.

Chassis

The Ferrari F80 may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 350 pounds less than the Lamborghini Temerario.

Ergonomics

To quickly and conveniently keep personal devices charged without cables tangling and wearing out, the Ferrari F80 has a standard wireless phone charging system (Qi) in the center console. The Temerario doesn’t offer wireless personal charging.
