For better maneuverability, the EX30’s turning circle is 2.6 feet tighter than the Polestar 2’s (35.1 feet vs. 37.7 feet). The EX30 Cross Country’s turning circle is 1 foot tighter than the Polestar 2’s (36.7 feet vs. 37.7 feet).

For greater off-road capability the EX30 has a greater minimum ground clearance than the Polestar 2 (6.7 vs. 5.7 inches), allowing the EX30 to travel over rougher terrain without being stopped or damaged. The EX30 Cross Country’s minimum ground clearance is 1.8 inches higher than on the Polestar 2 (7.5 vs. 5.7 inches).

The Volvo EX30 may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 550 to 600 pounds less than the Polestar 2.

The EX30 is 1 foot, 2.6 inches shorter than the Polestar 2, making the EX30 easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

The EX30 has 2.1 inches more front headroom, .6 inches more front hip room, .5 inches more front shoulder room, 1.3 inches more rear headroom and .4 inches more rear shoulder room than the Polestar 2.

A standard locking glovebox keeps your small valuables safer in the EX30. The Polestar 2 doesn’t offer locking storage for small valuables.

Maximum trailer towing in the Polestar 2 is limited to 2000 pounds. The EX30 offers up to a 3527 lbs. towing capacity.

To improve rear visibility by keeping the rear window clear, the EX30 has a standard rear wiper. The Polestar 2 doesn’t offer a rear wiper.

The EX30 Ultra’s Park Pilot Assist can parallel park or back into a parking spot by itself, starting, stopping and changing direction automatically. The Polestar 2 doesn’t offer an automated parking system.

The EX30 is available in both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations. The Polestar 2 doesn’t offer a two-wheel drive configuration.
