The F-Pace has a standard blind spot warning system that uses sensors to alert the driver to objects in the vehicle’s blind spots where the side view mirrors don’t reveal them and moves the vehicle back into its lane. A system to reveal vehicles in the A6 Allroad’s blind spot costs extra.

To help make backing out of a parking space safer, the F-Pace has standard Rear Traffic Warning and Rear Traffic Braking automatically engages the brakes to help avoid a collision. Audi charges extra for Rear Cross-Traffic Assist on the A6 Allroad.

The F-Pace’s driver alert monitor detects an inattentive driver then sounds a warning and suggests a break. According to the NHTSA, drivers who fall asleep cause about 100,000 crashes and 1500 deaths a year. The A6 Allroad doesn’t offer a driver alert monitor.

Both the F-Pace and the A6 Allroad have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, side-impact head airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, four-wheel antilock brakes, all wheel drive, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, crash mitigating brakes, daytime running lights, lane departure warning systems and around view monitors.

The F-Pace comes with a full 5-year/60,000-mile basic warranty, which covers the entire truck and includes 24-hour roadside assistance. The A6 Allroad’s 4-year/50,000-mile basic warranty expires 1 year or 10,000 miles sooner.

Jaguar pays for scheduled maintenance on the F-Pace for 5 years and 60,000 miles. Jaguar will pay for oil changes, tire rotations, air filter replacements, cabin filter replacement, brake fluid replacement, inspections, and any other required maintenance. Audi only pays for the first scheduled maintenance visit on the A6 Allroad.

J.D. Power and Associates’ 2024 Initial Quality Study of new car owners surveyed provide the statistics that show that Jaguar vehicles are better in initial quality than Audi vehicles. J.D. Power ranks Jaguar above average in initial quality. With 54 more problems per 100 vehicles, Audi is rated below average.

The F-Pace P400’s standard 3.0 turbo/supercharged 6-cylinder hybrid produces 60 more horsepower (395 vs. 335) and 37 lbs.-ft. more torque (406 vs. 369) than the A6 Allroad’s 3.0 turbo V6 hybrid. The F-Pace SVR’s standard 5.0 supercharged V8 produces 232 more horsepower (567 vs. 335) and 147 lbs.-ft. more torque (516 vs. 369) than the A6 Allroad’s 3.0 turbo V6 hybrid.

The F-Pace has 2.6 gallons more fuel capacity than the A6 Allroad (21.9 vs. 19.3 gallons), for longer range between fill-ups.

An eight-speed automatic is standard on the Jaguar F-Pace, for better acceleration and lower engine speed on the highway. Only a seven-speed automatic is available for the A6 Allroad.

For better traction, the F-Pace has larger standard tires than the A6 Allroad (255/55R19 vs. 245/45R20). The F-Pace SVR’s tires are larger than the largest tires available on the A6 Allroad (F:265/45R21 & R:295/40R21 vs. 245/45R20).

The F-Pace SVR’s optional 265/40R22 front and 295/35R22 rear tires provide better handling because they have a lower 40 series front and 35 series rear profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the A6 Allroad’s 45 series tires.

For better ride, handling and brake cooling the F-Pace offers optional 22-inch wheels. The A6 Allroad’s largest wheels are only 20-inches.

Having a flat tire is dangerous, inconvenient and expensive. The self-sealing tires available on the F-Pace can automatically seal most punctures up to 3/16 of an inch, effectively preventing most flat tires. The A6 Allroad doesn’t offer self-sealing tires.

The F-Pace SVR’s minimum ground clearance is 1.3 inches higher than on the A6 Allroad Prestige (8.6 vs. 7.3 inches).

The Jaguar F-Pace may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs up to about 450 pounds less than the Audi A6 Allroad.

The F-Pace is 8 inches shorter than the A6 Allroad, making the F-Pace easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

The F-Pace uses computer-generated active noise cancellation to help remove annoying noise and vibration from the passenger compartment, especially at low frequencies. The A6 Allroad doesn’t offer active noise cancellation.

The F-Pace’s power window, power lock and cruise control switches are lit from behind, making them plainly visible and easier to operate at night. The A6 Allroad’s cruise control switches are unlit, making them difficult to find at night and operate safely.

To improve rear visibility by keeping the rear window clear, the F-Pace has a standard rear fixed intermittent wiper with a full on position. The rear wiper standard on the A6 Allroad only has an intermittent setting, so in a hard rain visibility isn’t as good.

J.D. Power and Associates rated the F-Pace second among compact premium suvs in owner reported satisfaction. This includes how well the vehicle performs and satisfies its owner’s expectations. The A6 Allroad isn’t in the top three.
