Compare the2025 Jaguar F-PaceVS 2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan

The Jaguar F-Pace’s rear backup camera has a standard washer for maintaining a clear view under various conditions. In contrast, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan does not offer a rear camera washer, meaning its effectiveness relies on manual cleaning by the user when necessary.

Both the F-Pace and Cullinan have rear cross-traffic warning, but the F-Pace has Rear Traffic Braking (automatically applies the brakes) to better prevent a collision when backing near traffic. The Cullinan’s Cross Traffic Warning doesn’t automatically brake.

Both the F-Pace and the Cullinan have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, side-impact head airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, four-wheel antilock brakes, all wheel drive, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, crash mitigating brakes, daytime running lights, lane departure warning systems, blind spot warning systems, rearview cameras, rear cross-path warning, driver alert monitors and available around view monitors.

The F-Pace comes with a full 5-year/60,000-mile basic warranty, which covers the entire truck and includes 24-hour roadside assistance. The Cullinan’s 4-year basic warranty expires 1 year sooner.

The F-Pace’s corrosion warranty is 2 years longer than the Cullinan’s (6 vs. 4 years).

Jaguar pays for scheduled maintenance on the F-Pace for 1 year longer than Rolls-Royce pays for maintenance for the Cullinan (5 years vs. 4 years).

There are over 3 times as many Jaguar dealers as there are Rolls-Royce dealers, which makes it much easier should you ever need service under the F-Pace’s warranty.

On the EPA test cycle the F-Pace gets better mileage than the Cullinan:

Regenerative brakes improve the F-Pace’s fuel efficiency by converting inertia back into energy instead of wasting it. The Cullinan doesn’t offer a regenerative braking system.

In heavy traffic or at stoplights the F-Pace’s engine automatically turns off when the vehicle is stopped, saving fuel and reducing pollution. The engine is automatically restarted when the driver gets ready to move again. If the conditions warrant or the driver wishes, the system can be manually disabled at any time for the duration of a trip. The Cullinan doesn’t offer an automatic engine start/stop system.

For more complete vehicle control the F-Pace has a manually controlled automatic, with the available convenience of an automatic transmission and the complete gear control of a manual transmission without the inconvenience of a clutch. A manually controlled automatic allows the driver to eliminate unwanted shifts and maximize engine braking by down shifting while cornering. The Cullinan doesn’t offer a transmission that allows complete gear control.

For better traction, the F-Pace SVR’s front tires are larger than the largest tires available on the Cullinan (F:265/45R21 & R:295/40R21 vs. F:255/40R23 & R:295/35R23).

The F-Pace offers an optional full size spare tire so a flat doesn’t interrupt your trip. A full size spare isn’t available on the Cullinan; it requires you to depend on its run-flat tires, which limits mileage and speed before they are repaired. If a run-flat is damaged beyond repair by a road hazard your vehicle will have to be towed. Some tire options on the Cullinan don’t have a run-flat feature, either.

The F-Pace SVR handles at .89 G’s, while the Cullinan pulls only .83 G’s of cornering force in a Car and Driver skidpad test.

The F-Pace SVR executes Motor Trend’s “Figure Eight” maneuver 1.6 seconds quicker than the Cullinan Black Badge (25 seconds @ .77 average G’s vs. 26.6 seconds @ .68 average G’s).

For better maneuverability, the F-Pace’s turning circle is 4.1 feet tighter than the Cullinan’s (39.2 feet vs. 43.3 feet). The F-Pace SVR’s turning circle is 3.9 feet tighter than the Cullinan’s (39.4 feet vs. 43.3 feet).

For greater off-road capability the F-Pace has a 1.6 inches greater minimum ground clearance than the Cullinan (8.4 vs. 6.8 inches), allowing the F-Pace to travel over rougher terrain without being stopped or damaged. The F-Pace SVR’s minimum ground clearance is 1.8 inches higher than on the Cullinan (8.6 vs. 6.8 inches).

The Jaguar F-Pace may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 1800 to 2000 pounds less than the Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

The F-Pace is 1 foot, 11.9 inches shorter than the Cullinan, making the F-Pace easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

For excellent aerodynamics, the F-Pace has standard flush composite headlights. The Cullinan has recessed headlights that spoil its aerodynamic shape and create extra drag.

The F-Pace uses computer-generated active noise cancellation to help remove annoying noise and vibration from the passenger compartment, especially at low frequencies. The Cullinan doesn’t offer active noise cancellation.

The F-Pace has a much larger cargo volume with its rear seat up than the Cullinan with its rear seat up (32.1 vs. 19.8 cubic feet). The F-Pace has a much larger cargo volume with its rear seat folded than the Cullinan with its rear seat folded (70.4 vs. 68.2 cubic feet).

The F-Pace’s standard rear seats fold to accommodate long and bulky cargo. The Cullinan w/Executive Rear Seats doesn’t offer folding rear seats, only a ski pass-through.

The F-Pace’s liftgate lifts up in one piece, completely out of the way of loading and unloading, while sheltering the cargo loading area. The Cullinan’s tailgate’s top part raises up, but the bottom part lowers, getting in the way of loading and making an uneven surface for sliding cargo.

Standard Trailer Stability Assist on the F-Pace uses the Dynamic Stability Control sensors to detect trailer sway, then uses individual brakes to counteract any swaying and help keep the tow vehicle and trailer steady. The Cullinan doesn’t offer electronic trailer sway control.

The F-Pace has a much higher standard payload capacity than the Cullinan (1510 vs. 1012 lbs.).

The F-Pace’s front and rear power windows all open or close with one touch of the switches, making it more convenient at drive-up windows and toll booths, or when talking with someone outside of the car. The Cullinan’s rear power window switches have to be held the entire time to close them fully.

To improve rear visibility by keeping the rear window clear, the F-Pace has a standard rear fixed intermittent wiper with a full on position. The rear wiper standard on the Cullinan only has an intermittent setting, so in a hard rain visibility isn’t as good.

In poor weather, headlights can lose their effectiveness as grime builds up on their lenses. This can reduce visibility without the driver realizing. The F-Pace SVR has standard headlight washers to keep headlight output high. The Cullinan doesn’t offer headlight washers.

J.D. Power and Associates rated the F-Pace second among compact premium suvs in owner reported satisfaction. This includes how well the vehicle performs and satisfies its owner’s expectations. The Cullinan isn’t in the top three.

The Jaguar F-Pace outsold the Rolls-Royce Cullinan by almost six to one during 2024.
