Knee airbags also help keep the legs from striking the dashboard, preventing knee and leg injuries in the case of a serious frontal collision. The Wagoneer S doesn’t offer a front passenger side knee airbag.

Full-time four-wheel drive is available on the Macan Electric. Full-time four-wheel drive gives added traction for safety in all conditions, not just off-road, like the only system available on the Wagoneer S.

The Macan Electric’s standard 285/45R20 rear tires provide better handling because they have a lower 45 series profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the Wagoneer S’ standard 50 series tires. The Macan Electric’s optional 255/40R22 front and 295/35R22 rear tires have a lower 40 series front and 35 series rear profile than the Wagoneer S’ 50 series tires.

Manual rear side window sunshades are available in the Macan Electric to help block heat and glare for the rear passengers. The Wagoneer S doesn’t offer rear side window sunshades.
