Safety
Warranty
Ferrari pays for scheduled maintenance on the Roma for 2 years and unlimited miles longer than Lamborghini pays for maintenance for the Temerario (7/unlimited vs. 5/75000).
Reliability
The Temerario’s redline is at 10,000 RPM, which causes more engine wear, and a greater chance of a catastrophic engine failure. The Roma has a 7500 RPM redline.
Fuel Economy and Range
The Roma has a standard cap-less fueling system. The fuel filler is automatically opened when the fuel nozzle is inserted and automatically closed when it’s removed. This eliminates the need to unscrew and replace the cap and it reduces fuel evaporation, which causes pollution. The Temerario doesn’t offer a cap-less fueling system.
Chassis
The Ferrari Roma may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 100 to 250 pounds less than the Lamborghini Temerario.
Passenger Space
The Roma has standard seating for 4 passengers; the Temerario can only carry 2.
Ergonomics
The Ferrari Roma has power folding mirrors that offer unparalleled convenience while maneuvering in tight places or parked. With the mirrors folded it’s easier to walk past and help prevent parking damage. The mirrors can be quickly unfolded when the driver is ready to leave. Power folding mirrors are not standard on all versions of the Temerario.
Model Availability
The Ferrari Roma comes in coupe and convertible bodystyles; the Lamborghini Temerario isn’t available as a convertible.
