Fuel Economy and Range

The 296 has a standard locking fuel door and a locking charge port with a power remote release convenient to the driver. The Artura doesn’t have a locking charge port. A locking fuel door helps prevent fuel theft and vandalism, such as sugar in the tank and a locking charge port prevents tampering and damage.

Brakes and Stopping

For better stopping power the 296’s front brake rotors are larger than those on the Artura:

Tires and Wheels

For better traction, the 296 has larger tires than the Artura (F:245/35R20 & R:305/35R20 vs. F:235/35R19 & R:295/35R20).

For better ride, handling and brake cooling the 296 has standard 20-inch wheels. Only 19-inch front wheels are available on the Artura.

Cargo Capacity

A standard locking glovebox keeps your small valuables safer in the 296. The Artura doesn’t offer locking storage for small valuables.

Ergonomics

The 296’s instruments include an oil pressure gauge and a temperature gauge - which could save your engine! Often ‘idiot lights’ don’t warn you until damage has been done. The Artura does not have an oil pressure gauge.

The 296 has a standard heads-up display that projects speed and tachometer readouts in front of the driver’s line of sight, allowing drivers to view information without diverting their eyes from the road. The Artura doesn’t offer a heads-up display.

The 296’s standard Keyless Entry and Ignition allow you to unlock the doors from either outside door handle, open the trunk, and start the car, all without removing the key from the pocket or purse. Keyless Entry and Lock standard on the Artura doesn’t offer a sensor on the trunk.

The 296’s sun-visors swivel front-to-side to block glare from the side windows. The Artura’s visors are fixed into the windshield header.

The Ferrari 296 has power folding mirrors that offer unparalleled convenience while maneuvering in tight places or parked. With the mirrors folded it’s easier to walk past and help prevent parking damage. The mirrors can be quickly unfolded when the driver is ready to leave. Power folding mirrors costs extra on the Artura.
