The ProMaster EV’s 5 year corrosion warranty has no mileage limitations, but the corrosion warranty on the Sprinter Cargo Van runs out after 100,000 miles.

There are over 6 times as many Ram dealers as there are Mercedes dealers, which makes it much easier should you ever need service under the ProMaster EV’s warranty.

J.D. Power and Associates’ 2024 Initial Quality Study of new car owners surveyed provide the statistics that show that Ram vehicles are better in initial quality than Mercedes vehicles. J.D. Power ranks Ram first in initial quality, above the industry average. With 57 more problems per 100 vehicles, Mercedes is ranked 21st, below the industry average.

J.D. Power and Associates’ 2024 survey of the owners of three-year-old vehicles provides the long-term dependability statistics that show that Ram vehicles are more reliable than Mercedes With 17 fewer problems per 100 vehicles in the first three years of ownership, J.D. Power ranks Ram higher than Mercedes.

The ProMaster EV’s power parking brake sets with one touch and releases with one touch or automatically. The Sprinter Cargo Van has a lever-type parking brake that has to be strenuously raised to engage properly. It has to be lifted up more and a button depressed to release it.

The ProMaster EV’s standard Keyless Enter ‘n Go allow you to unlock the doors from any outside door handle, unlock the cargo door, and start the van, all without removing the key from the pocket or purse. Keyless-Start standard on the Sprinter Cargo Van only offers hands-free access for the ignition, none to unlock the van.

On extremely cold winter days, the ProMaster EV’s standard heated steering wheel provides comfort, allowing the driver to steer safely and comfortably before the vehicle heater warms up. The Sprinter Cargo Van doesn’t offer a heated steering wheel.
