Both the E-Class All-Terrain Wagon and the Q7 have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, side-impact head airbags, front and rear seatbelt pretensioners, height adjustable front shoulder belts, four-wheel antilock brakes, all wheel drive, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, crash mitigating brakes, post-collision automatic braking systems, daytime running lights, blind spot warning systems, rearview cameras, rear cross-path warning and available lane departure warning systems.

For better maneuverability, the E-Class All-Terrain Wagon’s turning circle is 1.6 feet tighter than the Q7’s (39.4 feet vs. 41 feet).

The Mercedes E-Class All-Terrain Wagon may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 250 to 400 pounds less than the Audi Q7.

The E-Class All-Terrain Wagon is 4.4 inches shorter than the Q7, making the E-Class All-Terrain Wagon easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

To quickly and conveniently keep personal devices charged without cables tangling and wearing out, the Mercedes E-Class has a standard wireless phone charging system (Qi) in the center console. Wireless charging costs extra on the Q7.

The E-Class All-Terrain Wagon has a 115-volt a/c outlet on the center console, allowing you to recharge a laptop or run small household appliances without special adapters that can break or get misplaced. The Q7 doesn’t offer a house-current electrical outlet.
