To help make backing out of a parking space safer, the Cayenne Coupe has standard Rear Cross Traffic Alert and automatically engage the brakes. Lamborghini charges extra for Rear Cross-Traffic Assist on the Urus.

Both the Cayenne Coupe and the Urus have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front and rear side-impact airbags, driver and front passenger knee airbags, side-impact head airbags, height adjustable front shoulder belts, four-wheel antilock brakes, all wheel drive, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, crash mitigating brakes, rearview cameras, available night vision systems and around view monitors.

The Cayenne Coupe comes with a full 4-year/50,000-mile basic warranty, which covers the entire truck and includes 24-hour roadside assistance. The Urus’ 3-year basic warranty expires 1 year sooner.

There are almost 6 times as many Porsche dealers as there are Lamborghini dealers, which makes it much easier should you ever need service under the Cayenne Coupe’s warranty.

The Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe’s standard 4.0 turbo V8 hybrid produces 72 more horsepower (729 vs. 657) and 73 lbs.-ft. more torque (700 vs. 627) than the Urus’ 4.0 turbo V8.

Regenerative brakes improve the Cayenne Coupe’s fuel efficiency by converting inertia back into energy instead of wasting it. The Urus doesn’t offer a regenerative braking system.

In heavy traffic or at stoplights the Cayenne Coupe’s engine automatically turns off when the vehicle is stopped, saving fuel and reducing pollution. The engine is automatically restarted when the driver gets ready to move again. If the conditions warrant or the driver wishes, the system can be manually disabled at any time for the duration of a trip. The Urus doesn’t offer an automatic engine start/stop system.
