Cargo Capacity
A standard locking glovebox keeps your small valuables safer in the 296. The Artura doesn’t offer locking storage for small valuables.
Ergonomics
The 296’s instruments include an oil pressure gauge and a temperature gauge - which could save your engine! Often ‘idiot lights’ don’t warn you until damage has been done. The Artura does not have an oil pressure gauge.
The 296 has a standard heads-up display that projects speed and tachometer readouts in front of the driver’s line of sight, allowing drivers to view information without diverting their eyes from the road. The Artura doesn’t offer a heads-up display.
Keyless Entry and Ignition standard on the 296 allows you to unlock the driver’s door, trunk and start the engine all without removing a key from pocket or purse. This eliminates searching for keys before loading groceries, getting in the vehicle in bad weather or making a hurried start to your trip. The McLaren Artura’s Keyless Entry and Lock doesn’t unlock the trunk.
Model Availability
The Ferrari 296 comes in coupe and convertible bodystyles; the McLaren Artura isn’t available as a convertible.
