Both the 1500 TRX and the Hummer EV Pickup have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, side-impact head airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, height adjustable front shoulder belts, four-wheel antilock brakes, all wheel drive, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, crash mitigating brakes, daytime running lights, rearview cameras, available collision warning systems, lane departure warning systems, blind spot warning systems, around view monitors and rear cross-path warning.

The 1500 TRX’s corrosion warranty is unlimited miles longer than the Hummer EV Pickup’s (unlimited vs. 100,000 miles).

The 1500 TRX’s tires provide better handling because they have a lower 65 series profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the Hummer EV Pickup 2X/3X’s 70 series tires.

The 1500 TRX has a standard full size spare so a flat doesn’t interrupt your work or a trip. A full size spare costs extra on the Hummer EV Pickup. Without the option you must depend on roadside assistance and your vehicle will have to be towed.

For enhanced passenger comfort on long trips the 1500 TRX’s available rear seats recline. The Hummer EV Pickup’s rear seats don’t recline.

The 1500 TRX offers an optional heads-up display that projects speed and navigation instruction readouts in front of the driver’s line of sight, allowing drivers to view information without diverting their eyes from the road. The Hummer EV Pickup doesn’t offer a heads-up display.

The 1500 TRX’s front power windows open or close with one touch of the switches, making it more convenient at drive-up windows and toll booths, or when talking with someone outside of the car. The Hummer EV Pickup’s power windows’ switches have to be held the entire time to close them fully.
