The Vantage has a standard Birds-eye Camera to allow the driver to see objects all around the vehicle on a screen. The SF90 only offers a rear monitor and rear parking sensors that beep or flash a light. That doesn’t help with obstacles to the front or sides.

Both the Vantage and the SF90 have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, daytime running lights and rear parking sensors.

Warranty

The Vantage’s corrosion warranty is 7 years longer than the SF90’s (10 vs. 3 years).

Fuel Economy and Range

On the EPA test cycle the Vantage V8 gets better fuel mileage than the SF90 Coupe running its gasoline engine (18 city/24 hwy vs. 16 city/20 hwy).

On the EPA test cycle the Vantage gets better mileage than the SF90 Spider running its gasoline engine:

An engine control system that can shut down some of the engine’s cylinders helps improve the Vantage V12’s fuel efficiency. The SF90 doesn’t offer a system that can shut down part of the engine.

The Vantage has 1.3 gallons more fuel capacity than the SF90 (19.3 vs. 18 gallons), for longer range between fill-ups.

Brakes and Stopping

For better stopping power the Vantage CCB’s brake rotors are larger than those on the SF90:

Tires and Wheels

For better ride, handling and brake cooling the Vantage F1/V12 has standard 21-inch wheels. The SF90’s largest wheels are only 20-inches.

Suspension and Handling

The Vantage has a standard automatic front and rear load leveling suspension to keep ride height level with a heavy load or when towing. The SF90 doesn’t offer a load leveling suspension.

For a smoother ride and more stable handling, the Vantage’s wheelbase is 2.2 inches longer than on the SF90 (106.5 inches vs. 104.3 inches).

The Vantage’s front to rear weight distribution is more even (50% to 50%) than the SF90’s (45% to 55%). This gives the Vantage more stable handling and braking.

Chassis

The Vantage is 9.6 inches shorter than the SF90, making the Vantage easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

Cargo Capacity

The Vantage Coupe has a much larger trunk than the SF90 Coupe (12.2 vs. 2.6 cubic feet).

Servicing Ease

The Vantage uses gas struts to support the hood for easier service access. The SF90 uses a prop rod to support its heavy hood. It takes two hands to open the hood and set the prop rod, the prop rod gets in the way during maintenance and service, and the prop rod could be knocked out, causing the heavy hood to fall on the person maintaining or servicing the car.

Ergonomics

Unlike the driver-only memory seat in the SF90, the Vantage has standard driver and passenger memory, so that when drivers switch, the memory setting adjusts the driver’s seat, steering wheel position and outside mirror angle and the front passenger seat also adjusts to the new passenger’s preset preferences.

The Vantage’s standard power window controls are mounted on the armrest for easy access. The SF90’s available power window controls are spread out on the center console where they can’t be seen without the driver completely removing his eyes from the road.

Keyless Entry standard on the Vantage allows you to unlock the driver’s door, trunk and start the engine all without removing a key from pocket or purse. This eliminates searching for keys before loading groceries, getting in the vehicle in bad weather or making a hurried start to your trip. The Ferrari SF90’s Push-button start doesn’t unlock the doors or the trunk.

Heated windshield washer nozzles are standard on the Vantage to prevent washer fluid and nozzles from freezing and help continue to keep the windshield clear in sub-freezing temperatures. The SF90 doesn’t offer heated windshield washer nozzles.

In poor weather, headlights can lose their effectiveness as grime builds up on their lenses. This can reduce visibility without the driver realizing. The Vantage has standard headlight washers to keep headlight output high. The SF90 doesn’t offer headlight washers.

The Vantage has standard heated front seats, which keep the driver and front passenger extremely comfortable in the winter. Heated seats aren’t available in the SF90.

Optional air-conditioned seats in the Vantage keep the driver and front passenger comfortable and take the sting out of hot seats in Summer. The SF90 doesn’t offer air-conditioned seats.

On extremely cold winter days, the Vantage’s optional heated steering wheel provides comfort, allowing the driver to steer safely and comfortably before the car heater warms up. The SF90 doesn’t offer a heated steering wheel.

The Vantage’s standard dual zone air conditioning allows the driver and front passenger to choose two completely different temperatures so people with different temperature preferences won’t have to compromise. This makes both the driver and front passenger as comfortable as possible. The SF90 doesn’t offer dual zone air conditioning.

The Vantage’s Auto Parking can parallel park or back into a parking spot by itself, with the driver only controlling speed with the brake pedal. The SF90 doesn’t offer an automated parking system.
