Both the Escape and Corsair have rear cross-traffic warning, but the Escape (except Base) offers optional Cross Traffic Braking (automatically applies the brakes) to better prevent a collision when backing near traffic. The Corsair’s Cross-Traffic Alert doesn’t automatically brake.
