To provide maximum traction and stability on all roads, All-Wheel Drive is standard on the SF90. But it costs extra on the Huracán.

Both the SF90 and the Huracán have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, daytime running lights and rearview cameras.

Ferrari pays for scheduled maintenance on the SF90 for 7 years and unlimited miles. Ferrari will pay for oil changes, lubrication and any other required maintenance. Lamborghini doesn’t pay scheduled maintenance for the Huracán.

The SF90’s 4.0 turbo V8 hybrid produces 384 more horsepower (986 vs. 602) and 177 lbs.-ft. more torque (590 vs. 413) than the Huracán Evo’s standard 5.2 DOHC V10. The SF90’s 4.0 turbo V8 hybrid produces 356 more horsepower (986 vs. 630) and 147 lbs.-ft. more torque (590 vs. 443) than the Huracán Evo’s optional 5.2 DOHC V10. The SF90’s 4.0 turbo V8 hybrid produces 355 more horsepower (986 vs. 631) and 173 lbs.-ft. more torque (590 vs. 417) than the Huracán STO’s standard 5.2 DOHC V10.

The SF90 can travel with zero emissions for 8 miles. The Huracán can’t move without running its internal combustion engine.

Regenerative brakes improve the SF90’s fuel efficiency by converting inertia back into energy instead of wasting it. The Huracán doesn’t offer a regenerative braking system.

In its Green Vehicle Guide, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rates the Ferrari SF90 higher (3 out of 10) than the Lamborghini Huracán (1). This means the SF90 produces up to 22.5 pounds less smog-producing pollutants than the Huracán every 15,000 miles.

An eight-speed automatic (SMG) is standard on the Ferrari SF90, for better acceleration and lower engine speed on the highway. Only a seven-speed automatic is available for the Huracán.

For better traction, the SF90 has larger tires than the Huracán (F:255/35R20 & R:315/30R20 vs. F:245/30R20 & R:305/30R20).

The SF90’s 315/30R20 rear tires provide better handling because they have a lower 30 series profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the Huracán’s standard 35 series tires.

For better ride, handling and brake cooling the SF90 has standard 20-inch wheels. Smaller 19-inch wheels are standard on the Huracán.

For a smoother ride and more stable handling, the SF90’s wheelbase is 1.2 inches longer than on the Huracán (104.3 inches vs. 103.1 inches).

For better handling and stability, the track (width between the wheels) on the SF90 is .4 inches wider in the front and 1.2 inches wider in the rear than on the Huracán.

The SF90’s front to rear weight distribution is more even (45% to 55%) than the Huracán’s (43% to 57%). This gives the SF90 more stable handling and braking.

The SF90 Assetto Fiorano Coupe handles at 1.07 G’s, while the Huracán Coupe AWD pulls only 1.02 G’s of cornering force in a Motor Trend skidpad test.

The SF90’s standard power retractable hardtop allows a seamless transition from an open car, to a completely sealed coupe. The Huracán doesn’t offer a retractable hardtop.

When three different drivers share the SF90, the memory seats make it convenient for all three. Each setting activates different, customized memories for the driver’s seat position. The Huracán doesn’t offer memory seats.

The SF90’s front power windows open or close with one touch of the switches, making it more convenient at drive-up windows and toll booths, or when talking with someone outside of the car. The Huracán’s power windows’ switches have to be held the entire time to close them fully.

The SF90’s rain-sensitive wipers adjust their speed and turn on and off automatically based on the amount of rainfall on the windshield. This allows the driver to concentrate on driving without constantly adjusting the wipers. The Huracán’s manually variable intermittent wipers have to be constantly adjusted.

While driving with high beams on, sensitive light sensors standard on the SF90 detect other vehicles which could be blinded and automatically switch to low beams. The Huracán doesn’t offer automatic dimming high beams.

To help drivers see further while navigating curves, the SF90 has standard adaptive headlights to illuminate around corners automatically by reading vehicle speed and steering wheel angle. The Huracán doesn’t offer cornering lights.

To help keep the driver’s hands on the wheel, the SF90 has standard steering wheel controls for the radio. The Huracán doesn’t offer steering wheel audio controls.
