Any repair needed on the engine, transmission, axles, joints or driveshafts is fully covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles. Coverage on the Quattroporte ends after only 4 years or 50,000 miles.
The 300’s corrosion warranty is 1 year and unlimited miles longer than the Quattroporte’s (5/unlimited vs. 4/50,000).

An engine control system that can shut down some of the engine’s cylinders helps improve the 300 V8’s fuel efficiency. The Quattroporte doesn’t offer a system that can shut down part of the engine.

In its Green Vehicle Guide, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rates the Chrysler 300 higher (3 out of 10) than the Maserati Quattroporte (1 to 3). This means the 300 produces up to 22.5 pounds less smog-producing pollutants than the Quattroporte every 15,000 miles.
