The Jetta GLI’s 2.0 turbo 4-cylinder produces 28 more horsepower (228 vs. 200) and 66 lbs.-ft. more torque (258 vs. 192) than the Integra’s 1.5 turbo 4-cylinder.

On the EPA test cycle the Jetta GLI 6-speed Manual gets better fuel mileage than the Integra A-Spec 6-speed Manual (26 city/37 hwy vs. 26 city/36 hwy).

The Jetta GLI offers an optional sequential manual gearbox (SMG). With no clutch pedal to worry about and a fully automatic mode, an SMG is more internally efficient than a CVT but just as easy to drive. The Integra doesn’t offer an SMG.

The Jetta GLI’s rain-sensitive wipers adjust their speed and turn on and off automatically based on the amount of rainfall on the windshield. This allows the driver to concentrate on driving without constantly adjusting the wipers. The Integra’s standard manually variable intermittent wipers have to be constantly adjusted.

To help drivers see further while navigating curves, the Jetta GLI has standard adaptive headlights to illuminate around corners automatically by reading vehicle speed and steering wheel angle. The Integra doesn’t offer cornering lights.

Standard air-conditioned seats in the Jetta GLI keep the driver and front passenger comfortable and take the sting out of hot seats in Summer. The Integra doesn’t offer air-conditioned seats.

The Jetta GLI has a standard dual zone air conditioning allows the driver and front passenger to choose two completely different temperatures so people with different temperature preferences won’t have to compromise. This makes both the driver and front passenger as comfortable as possible. Dual zone air conditioning is only available on the Integra A-Spec with Technology Package.

With standard voice command, the Jetta GLI offers the driver hands free control of the radio and the navigation computer by simply speaking. The Integra doesn’t offer a voice control system.
