The Mustang Mach-E has standard Automatic Emergency Braking, which use forward mounted sensors to warn the driver of a possible collision ahead. If the driver doesn’t react and the system determines a collision is imminent, it automatically applies the brakes at full-force in order to reduce the force of the crash or avoid it altogether. The Revero has a collision warning system without the crash-mitigating brake feature that could reduce stopping distances.

The Mustang Mach-E has standard Post Collision Braking, which automatically apply the brakes in the event of a crash to help prevent secondary collisions and prevent further injuries. The Revero doesn’t offer a post collision braking system: in the event of a collision that triggers the airbags, more collisions are possible without the protection of airbags that may have already deployed.

Over 200 people are killed each year when backed over by motor vehicles. The Mustang Mach-E has a standard Reverse Brake Assist that use rear sensors to monitor and automatically apply the brakes to prevent a rear collision. The Revero doesn’t offer backup collision prevention brakes.

The Mustang Mach-E offers all-wheel drive to maximize traction under poor conditions, especially in ice and snow. The Revero doesn’t offer all-wheel drive.

The Mustang Mach-E’s driver alert monitor detects an inattentive driver then sounds a warning and suggests a break. According to the NHTSA, drivers who fall asleep cause about 100,000 crashes and 1500 deaths a year. The Revero doesn’t offer a driver alert monitor.

The Mustang Mach-E has standard 911 Assist, which uses a global positioning satellite (GPS) receiver and a cellular system to get turn-by-turn driving directions or send emergency personnel to the scene if any airbags deploy. The Revero doesn’t offer a GPS response system, only a navigation computer with no live response for emergencies, so if you’re involved in an accident and you’re incapacitated help may not come as quickly.

Both the Mustang Mach-E and the Revero have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, driver knee airbags, side-impact head airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, height adjustable front shoulder belts, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, collision warning systems, daytime running lights, lane departure warning systems, blind spot warning systems, rearview cameras, rear cross-path warning and available around view monitors.

For its top level performance in IIHS driver and passenger-side small overlap frontal, moderate overlap frontal, side impact, roof strength and head restraint tests, its standard vehicle-to-vehicle front crash prevention system, with its optional vehicle-to-pedestrian front crash prevention system, and its available headlight’s “Good” rating, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety grants the Mustang Mach-E the rating of “Top Safety Pick” for 2022, a rating granted to only 137 vehicles tested by the IIHS. The Revero has not been tested, yet.

There are almost 137 times as many Ford dealers as there are Karma dealers, which makes it much easier should you ever need service under the Mustang Mach-E’s warranty.

The Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition’s optional electric motors produce 84 lbs.-ft. more torque (634 vs. 550) than the Revero’s 1.5 turbo 3-cylinder hybrid.

In its Green Vehicle Guide, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rates the Ford Mustang Mach-E higher (10 out of 10) than the Karma Revero (7). This means the Mustang Mach-E produces up to 11.8 pounds less smog-producing pollutants than the Revero every 15,000 miles.

For better stopping power the Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition’s front brake rotors are larger than those on the Revero:

The Mustang Mach-E offers an available driver-adjustable suspension system. It allows the driver to choose between an extra-supple ride, reducing fatigue on long trips, or a sport setting, which allows maximum control for tricky roads or off-road. The Revero’s suspension doesn’t offer adjustable shock absorbers.

For better maneuverability, the Mustang Mach-E’s turning circle is 2.3 feet tighter than the Revero’s (38.1 feet vs. 40.4 feet).

The Ford Mustang Mach-E may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 100 to 750 pounds less than the Karma Revero.

The Mustang Mach-E is 1 foot, 1.8 inches shorter than the Revero, making the Mustang Mach-E easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

The front grille of the Mustang Mach-E uses electronically controlled shutters to close off airflow and reduce drag when less engine cooling is needed. This helps improve highway fuel economy. The Revero doesn’t offer active grille shutters.

The Mustang Mach-E has standard seating for 5 passengers; the Revero can only carry 4.

To allow full utilization of available cargo room, the Mustang Mach-E’s cargo door uses gas strut supported hinges that don’t intrude into the cargo area. Its intrusive beam hinge reduces the Revero’s useful trunk space.

To make loading groceries and cargo easier when your hands are full, the Mustang Mach-E’s liftgate can be opened and closed just by kicking your foot under the back bumper, leaving your hands completely free. The Revero doesn’t offer a hands-free gesture to open its trunk, forcing you to put cargo down if your hands are full.

The Mustang Mach-E has a standard remote vehicle starting system, so the vehicle can be started from inside the driver's house. This allows the driver to comfortably warm up the engine before going out to the vehicle. The climate system will also automatically heat or cool the interior. The Revero doesn’t offer a remote starting system.

The Mustang Mach-E’s standard power window controls are mounted on the armrest for easy access. The Revero’s available power window controls are spread out on the center console where they can’t be seen without the driver completely removing his eyes from the road.

If the windows are left open on the Mustang Mach-E the driver can close them all from a distance using the remote. On a hot day the driver can also lower the windows the same way. The driver of the Revero can only operate the windows from inside the vehicle, with the ignition on.

In case you lock your keys in your vehicle, or don’t have them with you, you can let yourself in using the Mustang Mach-E’s exterior PIN entry system. The Revero doesn’t offer an exterior PIN entry system.

To improve rear visibility by keeping the rear window clear, the Mustang Mach-E has a standard rear wiper. The Revero doesn’t offer a rear wiper.

While driving with high beams on, sensitive light sensors standard on the Mustang Mach-E detect other vehicles which could be blinded and automatically switch to low beams. The Revero doesn’t offer automatic dimming high beams.

To keep a safe, consistent following distance, the Mustang Mach-E has a standard Adaptive Cruise Control, which alters the speed of the vehicle without driver intervention. This allows the driver to use cruise control more safely without constantly having to disengage it when approaching slower traffic. The Revero doesn’t offer an adaptive cruise control.

To quickly and conveniently keep personal devices charged without cables tangling and wearing out, the Ford Mustang Mach-E has a standard wireless phone charging system (Qi) in the center console. The Revero doesn’t offer wireless personal charging.

The Mustang Mach-E’s optional Active Park Assist 2.0 can parallel park or back into a parking spot by itself, starting, stopping and changing direction automatically. The Revero doesn’t offer an automated parking system.
